随着卫生改革的不断深化,医院如何拓展服务项目,为社区病人提供更多更好的服务,在增加卫生服务社会效益的前提下,创造更多的经济收益,是许多基层医院管理人员思考的问题之一。我院自1988年起扩大服务范围,开展了轻病患者的家庭静点服务项目,收到了良好的效果。我们的具体做法是:①由各科医师根据病人病情的需要,确定是否适合开展家庭病床静点,并介绍病人到指定科室,由护士长或护士接待;②值班护士为病人建立登记手续,登记病人姓名、疾病诊断、药物名称、用法、家庭住址、单位、电话及家庭病床静点负责医师姓名;③根据病情一般最多一次开药3～5日量,用药后,由经治医师观察疗效,并确定下一步用药方法;④指定一名医师对家庭
