目的:研究脐血中胎盘催乳素(HPL)水平对胎儿发育的影响及口服脐血催乳作用的临床意义。方法:采用化学发光法(CLIA)测定354例足月妊娠产妇脐血中胎盘催乳素(HPL)水平;实验组产妇于胎儿娩出后取脐血3ml加入200ml红糖水中口服,对照组仅服200ml红糖水,观察24h及72h的泌乳量。结果:检测的354例足月妊娠产妇脐血中胎盘催乳素(HPL)水平为巨大儿组最高,其次是正常儿组,小样儿组最低(P<0.01);口服脐血催乳作用实验组较对照组泌乳早、乳量多。结论:脐血中胎盘催乳素(HPL)水平影响胎儿发育;口服脐血的催乳作用非常明显,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of placental lactogen (HPL) level in fetal umbilical cord blood on fetal development and the clinical significance of oral umbilical cord blood prolactin. Methods: Placental prolactin (HPL) levels in 354 pregnant women with full-term pregnancy were measured by chemiluminescence assay (CLIA). In the experimental group, 3 ml of umbilical cord blood was added to 200 ml of brown sugar water after oral delivery. The control group received 200 ml of brown sugar Water, observe the amount of lactation 24h and 72h. Results: The levels of placental lactogen (HPL) in the umbilical cord blood of 354 pregnant women with full-term pregnancy were the highest in the macular group, followed by the normal group, and the lowest in the small group (P <0.01). Compared with the experimental group, Control group, early lactation, more milk. Conclusion: The level of placental lactate (HPL) in umbilical cord blood affects fetal development. The prolactin effect of oral umbilical cord blood is very obvious and worth promoting.
