驻退机是反后坐装置中控制火炮后坐规律的关键部件。测试驻退机湍流速度场的目的是逐步揭示驻退机内湍流流场的结构和特点,为驻退机的设计和改进提供一些有益的参考。传统的测试方法是用传感器测量液体速度,其主要缺点是干扰流场、耗资高、风险大、周期长。基于此,采取了先进的LDV测试手段,对湍流流场进行测量,其测量精度比其它方法有着明显的优越性。测试结果揭示了驻退机内湍流流场的结构和特点。
Retiring machine is a key component of recoil control law control recoil apparatus. The purpose of testing turbulence velocity field in retarder is to reveal the structure and characteristics of turbulent flow field in retarder step by step and to provide some useful references for the design and improvement of retarder. The traditional test method is the use of sensors to measure the liquid velocity, the main disadvantage is the interference flow field, high cost, high risk, long cycle. Based on this, the advanced LDV test method is adopted to measure the turbulent flow field, and the measurement accuracy is obviously superior to other methods. The test results reveal the structure and characteristics of the turbulent flow field in the retarder.
