普通高校学报的特有属性不同于一般科技期刊,应当合理定位,充分依托学校特色和优势学科建设成果,发挥学报服务于学校教学和科研的功能。以《上海应用技术学院学报》专业化专栏建设实践为例,认为普通高校学报需合理定位,以优势学科为支撑,以特色求发展,充分发挥学报功能,提升学报的质量和影响力。
The characteristic of an ordinary university journal is different from that of a normal scientific and technical journal, it should be properly positioned, fully rely on the characteristics of the school and the achievements of discipline construction, and give play to the function of the journal serving the teaching and research of the school. Taking the construction of special column of Journal of Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example, it is believed that the journal of a university should take a reasonable position, take the discipline of advantage as the support, develop with characteristics and give full play to the function of a journal so as to improve its quality and influence.
