“双师型”师资队伍的建设是高职院校实现人才培养目标、形成办学特色的关键。高职院校有着本科研究型院校所没有的特色,那就是注重对学生创新和实践能力的培养。而具有双师素质的师资队伍正是张扬高职特色的一支重要力量。可以说“双师型”教师将成职业院校的师资主流。本文分析了新办高职院校双师型师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。
The construction of the “double teacher” teaching staff is the key to realize the talent training goal of higher vocational colleges and form the characteristics of running a school. Vocational colleges have undergraduate research institutions do not have the characteristics, that is, pay attention to the students’ ability to innovate and practice. However, the teaching staff with double qualifications is an important force that publicizes the characteristics of higher vocational education. It can be said that “double teacher” teachers will become the mainstream teachers in vocational schools. This article analyzes the existing problems in the construction of double-qualified teachers in new vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding solutions.
