通过对吉林省四平市学前教育发展情况的抽样调查,本文分析了阻滞学前教育发展的主要问题:一是资金不足;二是缺乏规划,网点布局不到位;三是个体幼儿园、农村学校附设幼儿园学前教育“小学化”倾向严重;并提出问题解决的相应策略:一是提高认识,加大投入;二是加大宣传力度,削弱学前教育“小学化”倾向;三是提高幼儿园教师素质;四是科研兴园,整合发展。
Through the sample survey on the development of pre-school education in Siping City, Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the main problems that impede the development of pre-primary education: first, lack of funds; second, lack of planning and lack of outlets; third, individual kindergartens and rural schools with kindergartens Pre-primary education “primary school ” tendentious; and put forward the corresponding strategies for problem solving: First, to raise awareness and increase investment; second is to step up publicity, weaken the pre-primary education “primary school” tendency; third is to improve the kindergarten Teacher quality; Fourth, scientific research park, integrated development.
