Tissue nucleic acid concentration is a sensitive and meaningful indicator of the impact of nutritional factors on body metabolism. This method peels and weaves the tissue below 4 ° C, then homogenates it in an ice bath and determines its nucleic acid content using Eth and Br as fluorescent probes. The coefficient of variation (CV) was reduced from 8.9% in the original method to 4.8%, which improved the sensitivity and was simple to operate. It is suitable for the analysis of batch samples in general laboratories.
