樟树卫生院用“落得打”治疗骨折,本院第二附属医院矯形外科等经动物实验证明所用药物确有加速骨折愈合、消肿、散瘀等作用。临床应用亦说明对骨折后的消肿止痛有一定的疗效。原植物经鑑定为忍冬科接骨木属多年生草本植物,学名陆英(Sambucus JavanicaBl.)文献记载具有消肿,镇痉等作用。我们曾就其消肿、镇痛的机制和抑菌作用等进行了初步研究,现报导如下。
The eucalyptus hospitals used “dropping and hitting” to treat fractures. Animal experiments in the Orthopaedic Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the hospital showed that the drugs used in the hospital actually accelerated fracture healing, swelling, and spasm. Clinical application also shows that it has a certain effect on swelling and pain after fracture. The original plant was identified as a perennial herb of the genus Sambucus in the family Lonicera. The scientific name of Sambucus Javanica Bl. was documented to have effects such as swelling and squatting. We have conducted preliminary studies on the mechanisms of detumescence, analgesia, and antibacterial effects. The report is as follows.
