在pH9.5的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O介质和表面活性剂CPC及OP存在下,锰和5-Br-PAN-6S形成1∶2的紫红色配合物.其最大吸收波长在590nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.18×105L·mol-1·cm-1,以半胱氨酸和氟化铵作掩蔽剂,直接测定茶汤中痕量锰.结果满意.
Manganese and 5-Br-PAN-6S formed a purple-red complex of 1: 2 in the presence of NH4Cl-NH3. H2O at pH 9.5 and surfactants CPC and OP. The maximum absorption wavelength at 590nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 2.18 × 105L · mol-1 · cm-1, with cysteine and ammonium fluoride as masking agent, direct determination of trace manganese in tea. Satisfactory results.
