创新合作已成为推动经济发展的重要方式,提升装备制造业自主创新能力对振兴东北经济具有重要作用。运用社会网络分析与Arc GIS空间分析方法,分析东北地区装备制造业官产学创新合作网络结构及其时空演化特征,结合三螺旋算法探究官产学三者的创新协和度。结果表明:(1)东北地区装备制造业官产学创新合作网络经过了起步探索和缓慢成长阶段,现正处于快速发展的阶段,专利申请数量迅速增长,创新合作能力日益增强。(2)装备制造业创新合作网络规模日益扩大,但网络密度不断降低,创新合作网络结构在整体上趋于松散,并呈现“核心-边缘”的结构,创新主体极化效应趋于明显,创新合作交流在空间上存在着一定的地理距离衰减规律。(3)高校仍然是东北地区装备制造业合作创新网络的主力,企业有望成为新的重要创新主体,政府参与创新合作的程度最低。政府、产业和大学的合作有效减少了该地区科研系统的不确定性。
Innovative cooperation has become an important way to promote economic development. Improving the capability of independent innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in rejuvenating the northeast economy. By using social network analysis and Arc GIS spatial analysis method, this paper analyzes the structure of innovation network of government, SMEs, industry and universities in Northeast China and its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics, and explores the innovative concordance of the three with the three-helix algorithm. The results show that: (1) Northeast China equipment manufacturing industry innovation cooperation network through the initial exploration and slow growth stage, is now at a rapid stage of development, the rapid growth of the number of patent applications, increasing innovation and cooperation ability. (2) The scale of innovation cooperation network of equipment manufacturing industry is increasing day by day. However, the network density is declining. The network structure of innovation cooperation tends to be loose as a whole, presenting a “core-periphery” structure. The polarization effect of innovators tends to be obvious and innovation Cooperation and exchange in space there is a certain geographical distance attenuation. (3) Universities are still the main force of cooperative innovation network of equipment manufacturing industry in northeast China. Enterprises are expected to become a new important innovation body, and the government will participate in innovation cooperation to a minimum. Government, industry and university cooperation effectively reduce the uncertainty of the scientific research system in the region.
