气钡双对比检查结肠,历时已久,但效果未尽满意。因结肠清洁准备较难,钡性能欠佳。本文介绍:检查前一天午餐吃少渣食物,无蔬菜,少脂肪;下午2、3、4、8时,分别喝开水约250ml可加糖或果汁。晚餐吃流食,无奶类或固体。晚餐前半小时,服50％硫酸镁40ml,睡前用多量开水送服酚酞2片。检查日晨,早餐为流食,无固体、奶类。肛内置一开露塞,如有便意,应尽排大便。 硫酸钡应精确调为70％浓度,勿偏高或偏低。
