大咯血是一种威胁生命的急症,其死亡率较高(50%～100%%),临床上所指的大咯血为每日出血量在500～2000ml,而急性致死性大咯血是指急剧从口、鼻喷射出大量鲜血,出血量在2000ml以上。我院内科自1986年至现在收治咯血病者59例,其中12例大咯血获得较好治疗效果,现把这12例阐述如下:临床资料一、一般资料:女9例,男3例,年龄28～65岁,平均年龄44岁。过去有结核病史者6例,有反复
