为了测量高矫顽永磁材料磁性参数,我们研制了脉冲式高矫顽永磁材料磁性测试装置。本文介绍了该装置的特点、主要组成部分、测量原理以及测试情况,并对该装置的性能作了初步分析。该装置与传统的冲击法不同,是一种新穎的快速测量方法。该装置可用于生产和科研单位对具有对称磁滞回线的高矫顽永磁材料磁性能的研究和测试。它可在脉冲场饱和磁化后,一次脉冲下测出B_r、H_c和(BH)_m,测量结果用数字显示,并可用示波器观察和拍摄磁滞回线。
In order to measure the magnetic parameters of high coercivity permanent magnet materials, we developed a pulsed high coercivity permanent magnetic material magnetic testing device. This paper introduces the characteristics of the device, the main components, measurement principles and test conditions, and the performance of the device made a preliminary analysis. The device is different from the traditional impact method, is a novel and rapid measurement method. The device can be used for researching and testing the magnetic properties of high coercive permanent magnetic materials with symmetrical hysteresis loops in production and scientific research institutes. It can measure B_r, H_c and (BH) _m after one pulse in the pulse field after saturation magnetization. The measurement result is displayed digitally, and the oscilloscope can be used to observe and photograph the hysteresis loop.
