对中等技术学校的专业建设进行了探究思考,随着科学技术和市场经济的发展,企业对劳动者的素质有了越来越高的要求。新知识、工艺、技术的产生需要更多的综合能力、实践能力、创新能力强的人才,因此要大力发展职业教育。当前职业教育的重要组成部分中等技术学校教育存在着专业建设重数量轻质量、课程改革针对性不强、盲目购进实训设备、专业师资不足等问题。针对这些问题学校应做到:进行课程改革,加强教师队伍建设,加强实训基地建设,建设品牌专业。
The professional construction of secondary technical schools has been explored and explored. With the development of science and technology and market economy, enterprises have higher and higher requirements on the quality of workers. The production of new knowledge, technology and technology needs more talents with comprehensive ability, practical ability and innovative ability, so we should vigorously develop vocational education.
