选取发生在学生身边的案例,帮助学生体验不同表达方式带来的情绪,同时辅以认知教学和行为训练。力图在让学生接纳情绪的基础上,初步学会合理表达情绪的基本技巧,培养情绪需要管理的意识。
Select the cases that occur in the student’s side to help students experience the emotions of different expressions, supplemented by cognitive teaching and behavioral training. Based on the students’ acceptance of emotions, they try to learn the basic skills of expressing emotions rationally and cultivate the awareness that emotions need to be managed.
