通过对冷轧机垂直振动的分析,得出适当调整乳化液的性能和减小其浓度有利于抑制垂振。进行调整时发现,机架间乳化液的窜流问题严重影响了乳化液的调整效果,基于此原因从机架间喷射梁、张力辊、上下挡液板、吹扫梁、穿带导板等方面分析了乳化液窜流的原因,并提出了有效的改进措施。确定主要改进措施为:调整机架间喷射梁位置;后移张力辊与坝辊的位置,增加乳化液回流量;将吹扫梁改为大角度折形梁;改进挡液板,增加弧形沟槽;改进穿带导板,利于乳化液下落回流等。
