标准化建设是国家电网公司“四化”工作的重要内容,也是针对电力企业生产经营特点,选择和定位的一种科学管理方式。河北省电力公司(以下简称公司)积极贯彻落实国家电网公司标准化建设要求,将标准化建设作为实践科学发展观、提升员工素质、实现精益化管理、塑造优秀企业文化的重要手段和方法。在多年建设的基础上,公司大胆创新、勇于实践,近两年又展开了一场“自下而上”与“自上而下”相结合、全员参与的标准化革命,使标准化建设在河北这片热土上真正生根、发芽、开花、结果。在对河北省电力公司及其下属企业进行实地采访的过程中,我们深切地体会到了标准化建设所凝聚的合力、所汇集的智慧、所昭显的力量——
