对7B04铝合金厚板在固溶处理、压光和拉伸生产过程中应力场的变化进行了数值分析。结果表明,固溶处理之后板材各处应力分布非常不均匀;压光过程导致板的两端出现较大的应力集中区,影响后续生产加工;拉伸过程大大降低了以前工序引起的铝板中纵、横向应力幅值并使其分布趋于均匀化。
The numerical analysis of the change of stress field of 7B04 aluminum alloy plate in the solution treatment, calendering and drawing process was carried out. The results show that the stress distribution around the plate after solution treatment is very uneven. The calendering process leads to a large stress concentration zone at both ends of the plate, which affects the subsequent production and processing. The drawing process greatly reduces the stress in the aluminum plate caused by the previous process , Horizontal stress amplitude and its distribution tends to be uniform.
