目的了解葱药材与土壤中元素含量的关系。方法实地采集中国内陆地区葱样83份和土壤样本75份,用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,辅以原子荧光和原子吸收光谱分析方法 ,检测葱和土壤样本中16种元素含量,并分析其相关性及元素的富集系数。结果葱药材中As、P、Pb、Hg、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ge等9种元素含量与土壤含量呈相关关系(P<0.05),而对Fe、Se、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn的富集系数较高。结论葱对Fe、Se、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn有较强的吸收性,能被动吸收土壤中的Pb、Hg、As元素,土壤元素环境对葱药材元素含量有一定的影响。
Objective To understand the relationship between the medicinal materials and the content of elements in soil. Methods Eighty-three onion samples and 75 soil samples were collected from the inland area of China. The contents of 16 elements in onion and soil samples were determined by ICP-MS ICP-AES with atomic fluorescence and atomic absorption spectrometry. And analyze their correlation and element enrichment coefficient. Results The contents of As, P, Pb, Hg, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ge and so on were all correlated with the soil contents, The enrichment coefficient of Zn is higher. Conclusion Onion has strong absorption to Fe, Se, Mn, Ni, Cu and Zn, and can passively absorb Pb, Hg, As elements in soil. The elemental environment of the soil has certain influence on the content of the elements in the onion.
