肥猪素是一种含有喹乙醇、白芍、橙皮、滑石粉等的禽畜生长促进剂,具有健胃消食,抑菌防病,促长快肥等作用。适用于猪、鸡白痢、禽出败等症及消化系统疾病的防治。其中喹乙醇HMQ[(N-(2-羟乙基)-3甲基-2-喹噁啉酰胺-1,4-二氧化物]的含量直接关系到该品的药效,为了有效地监测肥猪素的内在质量,本文采用薄层色谱扫描仪外标法对喹乙醇进行测定,结果表明,本法准确,灵敏,重现性好。
