目的探讨奥扎格雷钠对肢体缺血再灌注骨骼肌的保护作用。方法健康成年家兔20只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10只。建立兔肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型。在即将恢复血流灌注时,对照组自耳缘静脉注射生理盐水,实验组奥扎格雷钠注射液。分别在缺血前、缺血后2 h、再灌注后1 h、再灌注后3 h采集术侧股静脉血样。测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的含量。结果实验组再灌注后LDH、CK明显低于对照组(P<0.01),骨骼肌组织湿/干重比值低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。光镜及电镜下观察实验组骨骼机损伤轻于对照组。结论奥扎格雷钠能够缓解组织水肿,保护缺血再灌注骨骼机。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of ozagrel on skeletal muscle during limb ischemia reperfusion. Methods Twenty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 in each group. To establish a rabbit model of limb ischemia-reperfusion injury. In the upcoming restoration of blood perfusion, the control group from the ear vein injection of saline, the experimental group ozagrel sodium injection. The femoral vein blood samples were collected before ischemia, 2 h after ischemia, 1 h after reperfusion and 3 h after reperfusion. Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) levels were measured. Results The LDH and CK in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the skeletal muscle wet / dry weight ratio was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Light and electron microscope observation experimental group skeletal injury lighter than the control group. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium can relieve tissue edema and protect ischemic reperfusion skeletal machine.
