目的建立同时测定桂附地黄丸中没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、马钱苷、芍药苷和丹皮酚5种成分的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法色谱柱为Scienhome Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为体积分数为0.1%的磷酸溶液、B为体积分数为0.1%的磷酸甲醇溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温(30.00±0.15)℃,检测波长为190~400 nm DAD检测。结果没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、马钱苷、芍药苷和丹皮酚分别在0.06~1.60、0.06~1.60、0.05~0.60、0.05~0.60和0.12~3.20 g.L-1内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系。5种成分的平均回收率分别为98.7%、101.2%、99.0%、98.5%和99.6%。结论该方法可用于桂附地黄丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, loganin, paeoniflorin and paeonol in Guifu Dihuang Pills. Methods The chromatographic column was a Scienhome Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase A was a 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and the B was a 0.1% phosphoric acid solution in methanol. The gradient elution was carried out at a column temperature of 30.00 ± 0.15) ℃, detection wavelength 190 ~ 400 nm DAD detection. Results The contents of gallic acid, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, loganin, paeoniflorin and paeonol in the range of 0.06-1.60,0.06-1.60,0.05-0.60,0.05-0.60 and 0.12-3.20 gL-1, respectively Concentration showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries of the five components were 98.7%, 101.2%, 99.0%, 98.5% and 99.6%, respectively. Conclusion This method can be used for quality control of Guifu Dihuang Pills.
