教育均衡发展是一种全新的教育发展观,也是科学发展观在教育领域具体体现。长期以来,由于历史、自然、经济等多方面的原因,广西城乡义务教育发展差距明显,城乡义务教育非均衡发展的现象特别突出。拟通过对广西城乡义务教育非均衡发展的状况、原因等进行分析,以期为广西城乡义务教育均衡发展提供一些可资借鉴的建议和理论参考。
The balanced development of education is a brand new concept of education development and a concrete embodiment of the scientific concept of development in the field of education. For a long time, due to many factors, such as history, nature and economy, the gap between the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Guangxi is obvious, and the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education is particularly prominent. It is proposed to analyze the status and causes of unbalanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Guangxi so as to provide some suggestions and theoretical references for the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Guangxi.
