为实现花纹板钢的低成本硅铁脱氧,在考虑转炉下渣、脱氧产物活度及钢液洁净度影响的前提下,在原有的花纹板钢使用硅铁替代复合中铝生产实践基础上,通过研究钢包渣成分、脱氧产物控制以及脱氧成本计算分析,制定了低成本花纹板钢硅铁脱氧工艺。采用该技术生产的花纹板钢,脱氧产物SiO2活度稳定在0.3以下,钢液w(Mn)/w(Si)值控制在10左右,脱氧成本降低约6元/t。
