1991年德国化工展览会(ACHEMA)上德国厂家Kohlen—soure—Werke Rud.Bu se GmdH & C。展出了一种用干冰喷射法来除去表面的复盖层,此法简称“冷喷”(Cold Jet)。用冷喷方法清洗设备或零部件,既不会损伤基体表面,又不会造成环境污染,操作方便。冷喷以干冰粒子作为工质,高速喷射到需要处理的表面上,而使复盖层剥落。喷射出的干冰粒子升华为气体进入大气中,被处理表面受到保护,从而可延长装置寿命。冷喷清洗比一般清洗方法所花时间较短,而且节省了清除污染的费用。

A dry ice blasting method was used to remove the overlay from the surface, referred to as Cold Jet. Cold spray method cleaning equipment or parts, it will not damage the substrate surface, it will not cause environmental pollution, easy to operate. Cold spray to dry ice particles as working fluid, high-speed jet to the surface to be processed, leaving the cover off. The jetted dry ice particles sublimate into gas into the atmosphere and the treated surfaces are protected, thereby extending the life of the device. Cold-jet cleaning takes less time than conventional cleaning methods and saves the cost of cleaning up.
