“无产阶级文化大革命是使我国社会生产力发展的一个强大的推动力。”在伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略思想和无产阶级革命路线指引下,我省广大贫下中农高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,以两个阶级、两条道路斗争为纲,靠一颗红心两只手,破除迷信,解放思想,自力更生,土法上马,克服重重困难,试制成功“九二○”之后,又遵照毛主席“一切经过试验”的教导,在早稻上开展了试用“九二○”的群众性科学实验活动,并取得了令人鼓舞的可喜成绩。现将情况初略地分析于下:
