目的:观察复方中药“天芪航力片”提取物对+10 Gz/3 min暴露后大鼠学习记忆功能和行为变化的影响。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+10 Gz/3 min组和药物组,每组8只。药物组采用灌胃法连续给药14 d后,给予+10 Gz/3 min的加速度暴露。再采用Y-型迷宫实验和旷场分析实验观察+Gz暴露后不同时间大鼠学习记忆能力和行为的变化。结果:Y-型迷宫实验结果显示,与对照组比较,+10 Gz/3 min组大鼠的正确反应次数显著降低(P<0.01),反应时间显著延长(P<0.01),且在暴露后的第6 d仍没有恢复到对照水平;而药物组大鼠在暴露后各时间点的正确反应次数和反应时间与对照组相比均无显著性差异,较+10 Gz/3 min组显著改善(P<0.01)。旷场分析实验结果显示,+10 Gz/3 min组中央格停留时间在暴露后即刻和2 d较对照组显著延长(P<0.05),而药物组无显著改变;+10 Gz/3 min组和药物组的总得分在暴露后即刻较对照组均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:复方中药“天芪航力片”提取物对+10 Gz/3 min暴露后大鼠学习记忆障碍具有明显的防护作用,对暴露后即刻的行为改变也有一定的防护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of compound Chinese medicine “Tianqi Hangli” on the learning and memory abilities and behavioral changes of rats exposed to +10 Gz / 3min. Methods: Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, +10 Gz / 3 min group and drug group, with 8 rats in each group. The drug group was administrated with gavage for 14 days, then the acceleration of +10 Gz / 3 min was given. Y-type maze experiment and open-field analysis experiment were used to observe the change of learning and memory ability and behavior of rats after + Gz exposure. Results: The results of Y-type maze test showed that the number of correct reaction in the + 10 Gz / 3 min group was significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the reaction time was significantly prolonged (P <0.01) compared with the control group And did not return to the control level on the 6th day. However, there was no significant difference in the number of correct reactions and reaction time between the rats in the drug group and the control group at each time point after exposure, which was significantly improved compared with the +10 Gz / 3 min group (P <0.01). The results of open-field analysis showed that the central grid residence time in +10 Gz / 3 min group was significantly longer than that in control group immediately after and 2 d after exposure (P <0.05), but no significant change in drug group; +10 Gz / 3 min group And the total score of the drug group immediately after exposure than the control group were significantly lower (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The compound Chinese herbal medicine “Tianqi Air Force Tablets” has significant protective effect on learning and memory impairment after +10 Gz / 3 min exposure, and also has a protective effect on the behavior change immediately after exposure.
