一、輔导工作的重要意义 課堂教学是教师传授知識和學生学习知识的活动中最基本最主要的形式和途径,对于一个教师来說,如何通过对教材的钻研和理解,采用最合适的教学方法,把基本知識在課堂教學中保质保量地传授給学生,使他們在教师的启发和讲解中最牢固地掌握知识,这无疑是最基本的工作。因此,忽视和不认真地对待課堂教学是决不能搞好教学工作的。然而,由于各种学科特点不同、学生年龄特征以及对知識的理解和接受能力的差异;再者由于學生学习目的、學习态度以及学习方法不同等等,企图完全在課堂教学中十分完满地解决问题,这也是有客观困难的。因此,教师的責任,一方面要积极地改进課堂教學,另一方面要有計划有目的加強課外輔导,二者紧密結合,使它們成为一个有机的整体,才能更好地完成教学任务。二、具体作法 課外辅导形式是多种多样的,只看哪个办法行之有效就采用哪个办法。本学期来我的課外輔导采用如
First, the significance of counseling The classroom teaching is the most basic and the most important form and approach for teachers to impart knowledge and student learning knowledge. However, due to differences in the characteristics of various disciplines, student age characteristics, and differences in understanding and acceptance of knowledge, and because of differences in students’ learning objectives, learning attitudes, and learning methods, they attempted to completely solve problems in classroom teaching. This is also objectively difficult. Therefore, teachers’ responsibilities, on the one hand, must actively improve classroom teaching. On the other hand, there must be a plan and purpose to strengthen extracurricular tutoring.
