采用文献资料法、观察记录法、数理统计法等科研方法 ,对第六届全国大学生运动会健美操比赛单人项目前八名运动员成套动作的难度编排进行了数理统计和量化分析 ,发现因训练指导思想与新竞赛规则的不适应而致使难度编排在竞赛规则的新导向下呈现出难度均值偏低、其排序相对呈静态的特点 ;在难度编排的基本结构及类别选择方面则顺应世界潮流 ,体现出科学性、策略性与时代感 ;针对以上特点 ,本文还提出了相应的对策与建议 .
Mathematical statistics and quantitative analysis on the difficulty arrangement of the first eight athletes in the sixth national aerobics competition of the Sixth National University Games were conducted by using the methods of documentation, observation and statistics, mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods. The incommensurability of the rules and the new rules of competition led to the difficulty of the arrangement under the new guidance of the rules of the game showing the low mean of difficulty and the relatively static order of the ranking. The basic structure and category selection of the difficulty arrangement complied with the trend of the world, Out of science, tactics and sense of the times; in view of the above characteristics, this article also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
