信息时代的到来,给传统企业的发展提出了新的要求,为快速适应企业内外部环境变化,提升企业核心竞争力,信息化已成为新时期下企业转型升级的必然选择。信息化规划作为指导企业有序开展信息化,确保企业信息化投资取得理想回报,引导企业最终走向成功的“蓝图”已被越来越多的企业所重视。文章以燃煤发电企业为例,以“PDCA”理论为基础,结合作者的从业经历,从企业信息化规划背景的提出,到信息化保障体系、支撑体系、评价体系、质量体系、监督体系等五大体系的建立,简要探讨了燃煤发电企业开展企业信息化规划的整体思路及框架结构。
The advent of the information age has put forward new requirements for the development of traditional enterprises. In order to quickly adapt to the changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, informationization has become the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the new era. Information planning as guidance for enterprises to carry out information in an orderly manner to ensure that enterprises achieve the desired return on investment in information, and ultimately lead to the success of the enterprise “blueprint ” has been valued by more and more enterprises. Taking coal-fired power generation enterprises as an example, based on the theory of “PDCA” and combining with the author’s experience in business, this paper starts from the background of enterprise informatization planning to the information security system, support system, evaluation system, quality system, supervision System and other five major systems set up, a brief discussion of coal-fired power generation enterprises to carry out the overall planning of enterprise information and framework structure.
