目的了解本县4类服务行业人群HBsAg、HBeAg感染状况,为疾病控制、卫生监督监测和保障广大消费人群健康提供工作依据。方法按从业人员健康检查规范采集血样标本,采用ELISA法检测HBsAg、HBeAg标志物。结果 4 263名检测对象共检出HBsAg、HBeAg阳性330例,检出率7.74%。食品行业检出率高于公共场所(χ~2=15.07,P<0.01)。男性检出率高于女性(χ2=11.74,P<0.01)。结论饮食行业和食品生产销售行业从业人员检出率高,公共场所从业人员次之。男性从业人员检出率高于女性。
Objective To understand the status of HBsAg and HBeAg infection among the four service industries in this county and to provide evidences for disease control, health supervision and monitoring and the health protection of the vast consumer population. Methods Blood samples were collected according to the health check-up regulations of employees and the HBsAg and HBeAg markers were detected by ELISA. Results A total of 4 263 subjects were detected HBsAg, HBeAg-positive 330 cases, the detection rate of 7.74%. The detection rate of food industry was higher than that of public places (χ ~ 2 = 15.07, P <0.01). The detection rate of males was higher than that of females (χ2 = 11.74, P <0.01). Conclusion The detection rate of the practitioners in the catering industry and the food production and sales industry is high, followed by the employees in public places. Male practitioners detected more than women.
