近年来,在铁路跨越式发展的历史机遇下,铁路施工企业规模迅速扩张,企业精细化管理要求越来越高,这给干部队伍的建设提出了严峻的考验。必须结合铁路施工企业的特点和干部的现状,以思想政治建设为重点,尽快实现干部管理的科学化,加强干部日常考察、人事制度改革和动态管理,切实做好各级干部的培养、考察、选拔和任用、考核,才能建设一支带的出、过的硬、懂管理的干部队伍,保障企业全面协调可持续发展。
