从一九五四年一月「戏剧报」创刊起,我们陆续收到读者来信、意见表共一千四百多件。读者非常热情地对刊物提出了许多严正的批评和建设性的意见;这反映了广大戏剧工作者和爱好者对刊物的迫切要求,也表现了大家对刊物的深切关怀。但由于我们对这样一个关系着数万戏剧工作者工作和学习的刊物的战斗任务了解不够,由于存在着脱离群众、脱离实际的思想作风,没有及时地吸取大家的意见来改进自己的工作,因而刊物的内容就不能满足广大读者的要求。现在为了检查和改进工作,我们把读者的意见摘要整理
Since the publication of The Drama Newspaper in January 1954, we have received letters from readers in succession, totaling more than 1,400 opinions. The readers are very passionate about the publication of many serious criticism and constructive comments; This reflects the vast number of theatrical workers and enthusiasts on the urgent requirements, but also shows everyone’s deep concern for the publication. However, given that we do not have enough understanding of the combat tasks of such a publication that relates to the work and study of tens of thousands of theatrical workers, we have not promptly drawn opinions from all over the world to improve our own work because of the ideological style of disengaging the masses and being out of touch with the masses.
