从当前阶段河流生态环境治理与修复过程中重要性的角度,总结已有研究成果,归纳了水库生态调度的基本概念和内涵,分析了生态调度研究领域的研究现状和存在的问题,提出了基于多尺度耦合机制、目标协调机制、特征水流生成机制与调度方案滚动修正机制的生态调度模型基本框架,并结合模型结构和研究方向,认为生态监测网点建设、生态安全评估体系、生态目标识别、目标的协调机制、生态调度图、生态水工建筑物设计以及考虑生态需求的水库调度决策支持系统将是未来该领域优先发展的子领域与主题.
From the perspectives of the importance of river ecological environment management and restoration in the current stage, the existing research results are summarized, the basic concepts and connotation of reservoir ecological regulation are summarized, the research status and existing problems in ecological regulation research area are analyzed, Multi-scale coupling mechanism, target coordination mechanism, feature flow generation mechanism and scheduling scheme rolling correction mechanism, combined with the model structure and research direction, it is considered that ecological monitoring network construction, ecological safety assessment system, ecological target identification, target The coordination mechanism, ecological scheduling map, eco-hydraulic building design and reservoir scheduling decision support system considering ecological needs will be the priority sub-fields and topics in this field in the future.
