介绍了超声波测量精密管材尺寸的原理,分析了测量中水温波动对测量稳定性的影响,并结合ROTA 25超声波检测系统的实际应用情况,找出了导致测量稳定性差的原因,确定了改进的方案。改进后的检测系统其测量稳定性可达±3μm,满足了对精密管材尺寸测量的要求。
The principle of ultrasonic measurement of precision pipe size is introduced. The influence of water temperature fluctuation on measurement stability is analyzed. Combined with the practical application of ROTA 25 ultrasonic detection system, the reason of poor measurement stability is found, and the improved scheme is determined . The improved inspection system has a measurement stability of ± 3μm, which meets the requirements of the precision pipe size measurement.
