胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话提出:“我们要以更宽的视野、更高的境界、更大的气魄,广开进贤之路,把各方面优秀干部及时发现出来、合理使用起来。”这一要求,是站在时代发展的高度对党的领导经验和执政经验的理论提升,进一步指明了深化选人用人改革创新的发展方向,对于在新的历史条件下深化干部人事制度改革、推进高素质干部队伍建设具有十分重大的指导意义。
