目的:研究不同病期肺结核患者的尿转铁蛋白(TRF)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)和α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)水平变化与肺结核的关系,从而明确联合检测上述指标对肺结核的诊断意义。方法随机选择本院诊治的肺结核患者117例,分为非活动期结核组69例,活动期结核组48例;另选选择40例经体检合格的健康体检者作为正常对照组。采用速率散射比浊法免疫透射比浊法测定TRF,采用放免法测定U-mAlb、β2-MG水平,采用免疫比浊法测定α1-MG水平。结果活动期结核组与正常对照组比较,活动期结核组与非活动期结核组比较,尿TRF、mAlb、β2-MG和α1-MG水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(﹤0.01)。与活动期结核病治疗前比较,活动期结核病治疗后的尿TRF、mAlb、β2-MG和α1-MG水平显著降低,结果均有显著性差异(﹤0.01)。非活动期结核组和活动期结核组联合检测尿TRF、mAlb、β2-MG和α1-MG,非活动期单独检测尿TRF、mAlb,活动期单独检测尿TRF、mAlb、β2-MG和α1-MG,几者较正常对照组检测相应指标均有统计学意义(﹤0.05)。结论联合检测尿TRF、mAlb、β2-MG和α1-MG水平对肺结核的具有重要诊断意义。“,”Objective To study the relationship of urinary TRF dif erent studies in patients with pulmonary disease,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels and tuberculosis, so clearly these indicators for joint detection of tuberculosis diagnosis.Methods Hospital for treatment of tuberculosis randomly selected 117 patients,divided into non-active tuberculosis group 69 cases,48 cases of active tuberculosis;elect 40 patients qualified by examination as a healthy control group. Pre-treatment with active tuberculosis compared urinary TRF active tuberculosis after treatment,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels were significantly reduced,the results were significant dif erences ( ﹤0.01).Non-active and active tuberculosis tuberculous group combined urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG and α1-MG,inactivity alone urine TRF,mAlb, active individual urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG and α1-MG,a few were detected compared with the control group were statistical y significant cor esponding index( ﹤0.05).Conclusion Combined urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels has important implications for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
