目的:对不同品种的甘草总黄酮进行对比分析。方法:以甘草苷作为对照品采用三波长测定法对不同品种的甘草总黄酮进行定量分析。结果:选取的三个检测波长分别为282.0,346.2,358.0 nm,线性方程为△A′=0.357 1C+0.016,r=0.999 7,说明总黄酮的浓度在6.012~60.125μg·ml~(-1)范围内,△A′与浓度之间呈较好的线性关系,可按标准曲线进行定量分析,本方法平均回收率为99.91%。结论:三波长测定法操作简便、快速、准确,具有良好的分析应用前景;不同品种甘草中总黄酮含量有较大差异,其中野生胀果甘草中总黄酮含量最高,野生光果甘草和野生黄甘草含量次之,野生和栽培的植物甘草总黄酮含量最低。
Objective: To compare and analyze the different flavonoids of different licorice varieties. Methods: Glycyrrhizin was used as a reference substance to determine the quantitative analysis of different flavonoids of licorice root by three-wavelength assay. Results: The three detection wavelengths were 282.0, 346.2 and 358.0 nm, the linear equation was △ A ’= 0.357 1C + 0.016, r = 0.999 7, indicating that the concentration of total flavonoids was 6.012 ~ 60.125 μg · ml -1 ) Within the range, △ A ’and the concentration showed a good linear relationship, according to the standard curve for quantitative analysis, the average recovery of this method was 99.91%. Conclusion: The three-wavelength assay is simple, rapid and accurate, and has a good prospect for analysis and application. The content of total flavonoids in different varieties of licorice is quite different. The content of total flavonoids in wild Bullacta licorice is the highest, Followed by licorice content, wild and cultivated plant licorice flavonoids lowest.
