大学英语教师是我国重要的人力资源之一,但目前英语教师专业水平参差不齐,因此,如何促进其专业发展是亟待解决的问题。本文结合行动研究理论,分析了现代大学英语教师面临的挑战,然后总结出行动研究是大学英语教师专业成长的有效途径。
College English teachers are one of the most important human resources in our country. However, the current professional level of English teachers is uneven. Therefore, how to promote their professional development is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the theory of action research, this thesis analyzes the challenges that modern college English teachers face, and then concludes that action research is an effective approach to the professional growth of college English teachers.
