柔性生产模式在企业的运作是基于一系列先进制造技术和方法的集成管理,如何将精益化(准时化)生产乃至灵捷制造等先进思想的管理精髓融会贯通地运用于企业生产经营中就成了一个颇具挑战的课题。本文对柔性生产模式在企业中的运作提出一些看法,力求在全面推动柔性生产模式构建的过程中,应运用瓶颈管理方法,将有限的资源用在整个系统中最重要的地方(即瓶颈),以求达到最大的效益。
