[本刊讯]浙江省人民政府教育督导室从今年2月下旬至4月上旬,在全省范围内开展了学前教育专项督导检查。在督导检查过程中,适逢国务院办公厅转发了教育部等10部门(单位)《关于幼儿教育改革与发展指导意见》(即国办发[2003]13号文件)。全体督导检查人员及时认真学习和深刻领会国务院办公厅文件精神,结合浙江省人民政府《关于加快基础教育改革与发展的决定》,重点围绕各地发展规划制订及落实情况、管理体制落实情况、教育经费落实情况、《教师法》《劳动法》落实情况、保育教育质量情况开展督导检查。例如关于管理体制落实情况,重点督导检查了各地是否已建立教育部门主管、有关部门分工负责的学前教育管理体制,乡(镇)学前教育是否有人分管,是否建立了以政府办园为骨干,乡(镇)中心幼儿园为中心,辐射全辖区、指导各类幼儿园共同提
