我厂负担送变电的铁塔及横担加工件任务,各种角钢校直工作量较大,原来这种工作均是依靠工人们使用12~16磅鎯头,在铁钻上锤打来完成。劳动强度较大,工作效率也较低。特别是在加工60米~100米的高杆铁塔时,其中∠140×12的大角钢较多,校直难度更大。为了解决这个难题,我们三结合小组利用废旧材料,因陋就简,自行设计,革新一台40吨卧式校直机,经过多年的使用,证明这台校直机结构简单,操作方便,适应性强,把工人从笨重的体力劳动中解放出来,以校直6米长的∠140×12角铁
