一自从海峡两岸人民开始探亲以来,各种法律问题随之发生。特别是在民事方面,如婚姻、继承、收养各方面,都发生一些亟待处理的问题。我最高人民法院于1988年8月9日发布《关于人民法院处理涉台民事案件的几个法律问题》(载《高人民法院公报》1988年第3号),宣布了我国法院处理婚姻、夫妻共同财产、抚养赡养和收养,继承、房产、债务、诉讼时效各种问题的规定。我们如果仔细研究这个文件,可以看出,我国法院在处理涉台民事案件时有这样两个原则:第一,从海峡两岸人民长期分离的实际情况出发,对于特殊历史原因造成的问
