国有企业经营者的薪酬制度是我国收入分配问题中的焦点与难点。本文从人力资本定价的角度,扼要分析了国企经营者人力资本市场定价的条件与政府在市场定价中的职能。
The salary system of SOE managers is the focus and difficulty in the issue of income distribution in our country. In this paper, from the perspective of human capital pricing, the conditions of the pricing of human capital markets in state-owned enterprises and the functions of government in market pricing are briefly analyzed.
