根据回火参数公式并通过实验制定了W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢机用锯条高高温两次(HH)和高低温两次(HL)回火工艺。分析了不同回火工艺对W9高速钢组织性能和锯条切削寿命的影响。指出提高回火温度使残余奥氏体转变形成的那部分马氏体的碳含量降低,从而使钢的韧性提高,锯条寿命提高。结果表明,高高温两次回火节能显著,操作简便,值得推广应用。
According to the tempering parameter formula and through the experiment developed W9Mo3Cr4V high speed steel machine saw blade high temperature twice (HH) and high temperature twice (HL) tempering process. The effect of different tempering process on microstructure and cutting life of W9 high speed steel was analyzed. It is pointed out that the carbon content of the part of martensite formed by the transformation of the retained austenite is decreased by increasing the tempering temperature so that the toughness of the steel is improved and the life span of the saw blade is increased. The results show that high temperature twice tempering energy saving significant, easy to operate, it is worth promoting application.
