在现在社会里,应用文是人民在日常生活、学习、工作中交流思想、处理事物、解决问题、互通情况所经常用到的工具。应用写作能力是现代人必备的能力之一。我们已经进入21世纪,现代应用文正面临着深刻的变革。商品经济的发展、管理工作的科学化、书写工具的电脑化、知识经济时代的来临,向应用文提出了新的要求。高效率的管理工作、日益重要的信息交流,都需要规范的高质量的应用文,各行各业都需要具有高素质的应用写作能力的从业人员。
In the present society, the applied language is a tool often used by the people to exchange ideas, handle things, solve problems and exchange information in daily life, study and work. Applied writing ability is one of the essential capabilities of modern people. We have entered the 21st century, modern application of text is facing profound changes. The development of commodity economy, the scientific management, computerization of writing instruments, the advent of the era of knowledge economy, put forward new requirements to the application. Efficient management, increasingly important information exchange, need to regulate the application of high-quality text, all walks of life need to have high-quality application writing ability practitioners.
