根据高等职业院校人才培养目标与定位,重点对如何构建高等职业院校职业素质教育体系与实践作阐述和研究。针对高职学生职业素质教育认识模糊化,教育过程不够系统化等特点,拟建立一种建设任务模块化、建设内容菜单式,将职业素质教育与第一、二、三(校外实践)课堂相融合的教育模式。重点建设职业理想与道德教育等六个模块,并做好组织机构建设等五个保障平台。最终形成立体化、多维化职业素质教育体系。
According to the goal and orientation of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, the author elaborates and researches how to construct the system and practice of vocational quality education in higher vocational colleges.
