为适应现代行业竞争的需要,建筑设计企业均开始采用项目式或矩阵式项目管理模式,实现企业整合及项目管理整合。本文通过建筑设计企业中的项目和人力资源管理现状和实践,分析了人力资源因素,对于项目管理和项目整合的重要作用,以及如何有效利用和开发人力资源因素。
In order to meet the needs of competition in the modern industry, architectural design companies are beginning to use project-based or matrix project management model to achieve business integration and project management integration.
