作者利用人体卵巢癌的转移瘤建立了裸鼠移植瘤模型,现已传至第8代。移植成功率为100%。发现传代后仍具有原人卵巢癌转移的生物学行为。经光学显微镜检查传至8代的瘤组织结构与原发瘤相同。电镜检查证明具有卵巢癌特有的特征,癌细胞间组成徽腔——原始腺腔,表面可见微绒毛,核中常染色质占绝对优势,胞浆中有丰富的多聚核糖体。该模型为研究人卵巢癌生物学特性、实验治疗等提供了有用工具。
The use of human ovarian cancer metastases established a nude mouse xenograft model has been passed to the eighth generation. Transplant success rate was 100%. The tumor tissue transmitted to the 8th generation by optical microscopy was the same as the primary tumor. The model provides a useful tool for studying the biological characteristics of human ovarian cancer and experimental treatment.
