The article analyzes the trade disputes between China and the United States in the fields of value-added tax, standards, intellectual property rights and technology export control. It reflects that under the background of economic globalization, China, as a developing country, seeks to change its position in the international production chain Low position, efforts to optimize their industrial structure and improve industrial competitiveness, with the United States in the international division of labor with high-end, high-tech industry has the absolute advantage of the dispute.
